The issue is that many passionate educators, though no fault of their own, do not have sufficient knowledge of business to grow their education business effectively, and thus the business is constrained, only being able to impact a small fraction of the children that they actually wish to reach out to.
Our mission then, is to support passionate educators in growing and scaling their businesses so that good education becomes better and more available to more children. In this way, the impact that these educators have is multiplied and quickened many-fold, thus creating the hope of a better tomorrow.

Prior to any intervention or engagement with the team, we will go through a detailed diagnostic with your management team to help identify the key areas to prioritise working on. If needed, we will also request to speak to some of the team members to enable us to understand more deeply how things stand.
Subsequent to this, we will then formulate a customized training program and strategy to be discussed and approved, which will then be executed with the support of the management team. All trainings are highly interactive, experiential and enjoyable, consisting of a mixture of games, activities, facilitated discussions and debriefs, brainstorming, and more.
Our humanistic, people-focused approach to training and team performance improvement consistently gets a very high level of engagement, acceptance and adoption.
By incorporating psychological models and tools such as:
- needs based analysis (NBA),
- neuro-linguistic programming (NLP)
- transactional analysis (TA)

Who we are
The Directors and Co-founders of Brilliant Life Consulting are Ooi Kee Tzuen and Peh Gin Hai, who are Business Consultants, Trainers and Coaches.
They are also certified HRDF Trainers, NLP Practitioners, WISE Facilitators and serial entrepreneurs.
With degrees in Mechanical Engineering, Business Management and Computer Science as well as many years of experience building and leading high-performing teams, they have been training, guiding and providing support to many businesses over the last 6 years in terms of:
- aligning their teams,
- improving team synergy and performance as well as
- developing leadership and communication skills and of course
- helping them to grow in size, revenue as well as profitability.
Their many years of building, growing and running businesses in the education industry have also allowed them to help dozens of education entrepreneurs take the step from being self-employed or working IN the business to becoming a true business owner and working on the business and being able to reap greater rewards from their business while still being in the industry they love.
